Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of the InclusionGames platform operated by KOKO4YOU.
1. Who we are
InclusionGames ("the service") is operated by KOKO4YOU, Nikola Iliev, Stauffenbergstraße 25, 04552 Borna, Germany. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
InclusionGames provides webcam-controlled educational games for children, including children with disabilities, in several languages. New games may be added over time. We may improve, change or discontinue features to keep the service safe and useful.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created and managed by adults (parents, teachers or therapists) on behalf of the children who play. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
4. Purchases, trial and billing
- You can start with a free trial as described at the time of sign-up. No charge is made during the trial.
- Subscriptions and one-off purchases are sold and processed by our reseller CopeCart GmbH, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with CopeCart, and CopeCart's terms, billing, cancellation and refund/withdrawal policy apply to the transaction.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to CopeCart's policy.
5. Acceptable use
Please use the service only for its intended educational purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not share your account credentials publicly.
6. Camera
The games use your device's camera for hand tracking, processed locally in your browser. No video is recorded or transmitted. You can revoke camera permission in your browser at any time; some games then fall back to mouse or touch control.
7. Intellectual property
All games, content, designs and software are owned by KOKO4YOU or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided with care but "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and to the breach of essential contractual obligations. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health, and under product-liability law, remains unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always available on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
